RUNNING LATE?
Be Considerate
We work on a timely set out appointment system, with a grace period of 15 minutes. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), the appointment will be rescheduled or cancelled. Your deposit will not be transferable for a future appointment. You will have to make a new deposit for a new appointment. We don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unncessarily. LATE CANCELLATIONS
Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know. If you don’t let us know or have to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, the nonrefundable deposit will not be transferable to a future appointment.
